We are featuring the 3D version of the amazing concept by Juyeon Park. Optimization of this asset for games was our focus. Sculpting the model is the first step so we tried to stick to the concept. Her costume is a mix of different types of surfaces and materials which were interesting to create especially the folds and wrinkles. For the face and body, we used real-life references to focus on face likeness and anatomy. For the textures, we tried to follow the concept sharply and tried to replicate it with a high degree of accuracy. If you look closely at the texturing, you can see wear-tear effects on leather, stretchy metals, pale bones & horns, and soft fur. We created tattoos to make it more interesting. We used hair card system to create head hair, eyelashes, and eyebrows. For her weapon, we tried to give it a more worn-out look to illustrate countless fights. We are delighted to share our efforts.
